About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity for young and energetic professionals, who have an interest in the field of entrepreneurship and growth. In this role, you will work closely with the Founders on Growth and driving other Strategic Initiatives at times.

Your work will involve:

  • Working closely with the Founders driving the execution of multiple strategic initiatives to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct analysis to support data driven decision-making and drive process/ business improvements.
  • Communicate complex information effectively to different stakeholders and teams.
  • Should be able to solve a complex problem by breaking it down to multiple executable solutions
  • Break a plan or roadmap into multiple business processes, and then drive those processes
  • Continuously improve existing business operations to improve efficiency



You will work in a fast-paced startup environment and will interact with multiple teams. Candidates therefore should be able to communicate effectively with other departments and understand their requirements.

Requirements

  • BBA/MBA or any relevant qualification
  • The role is based out of Bengaluru (Work from Office)
  • 0-2 years of work experience, who can join us immediately
  • Strong and effective presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Good problem-solving skills with a focus on finding solutions in a data-driven manner.
  • Excellent in MS Excel and Powerpoint Presentations
